Literacy — Adult Learning at YWCA

The YWCA in Pekin offers tutoring for non-readers, poor readers, and ESL adults. If you know any adults who cannot read or do not read, tell them to contact the YWCA Adult Literacy program. Or volunteer to become a tutor yourself. Learn more here.
